They are seeking a motivated Logistics Shipping Clerk to support their dynamic operations team in Kirkland, WA.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience working with a team to handle essential shipping operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule, process, and track product shipments in partnership with internal and external customers
- Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods
- Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies
- Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle
- Log order information into the computer and file/distribute paperwork as necessary
- Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and post weights and shipping charges
- Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped
- Review customer orders
Also requires daily:
- Lifting heavy items
- Operating a manual pallet jack
- Standing for long periods of time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, and customer service/administrative work is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a strong attention to detail.
EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- As a US Department of Defense Contractor, this company is bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.
